​By enrolling at Math Note Tuition Centre, students and their parents/guardians agree to the following terms and conditions regarding property damage and other policies.

Cancellation Policy

• A non-refundable administrative fee of $20 will be charged for cancellations made within 2 days before the start of the course.

• Cancellations on the day of the lesson will result in the forfeiture of the fee, unless accompanied by official documents or valid reasons.

 Make-Up Lesson Policy

• Requests for make-up lessons must be submitted at least 2 days in advance.

• Make-up lessons are subject to availability and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Failure to request a make-up lesson at least 2 days in advance may result in a administrative fee of $20.

Refund and Withdrawal Policy

• All lessons attended are non-refundable.

• Students may withdraw from the course at any time by filling out the withdrawal form.

• The balance of the fee for unattended lessons will be refunded after the withdrawal form is received.

Property Damage

• Students are responsible for maintaining the integrity of the tuition centre’s property.

• In the event that a student causes damage, they will be required to clean, repair, or cover the cost of the repairs or replacement.

Agreement to Terms

• Enrolment at Math Note Tuition Centre signifies agreement to abide by these terms and conditions.

Changes to Terms

• Math Note Tuition Centre reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
